Pioneer Financial, LLC: Terms of Service & Membership Agreement

By subscribing to any of our membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) or accessing our digital content, you agree to the following Terms of Service in addition to our Legal Disclaimer.

1. Description of Tiered Services

Pioneer Financial, LLC offers three levels of digital subscription services. We reserve the right to modify the features and pricing of these tiers at any time with thirty (30) days' notice to active subscribers.

• Bronze Tier: Provides access to the weekly "Market Pulse" newsletter and basic public-facing economic commentary.

• Silver Tier: Includes everything in Bronze, plus bi-weekly sectoral deep-dives, historical data archives, and access to our proprietary "Alpha Engine" tracking sheets.

• Gold Tier: Our highest level of service. Includes all Silver benefits plus "Instant Trade Alerts," exclusive macro-strategy webinars, and direct "Member-Only" Q&A sessions. Gold members acknowledge that "Trade Alerts" are for educational tracking and do not constitute personalized investment advice.

2. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected at checkout.

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.

• Price Changes: We will notify you via the email address on file regarding any price adjustments. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes agreement to the new rate.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our proprietary research and the "immediate access" provided upon subscription:

• No Refunds: Pioneer Financial, LLC does not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. All sales are final once digital content has been accessed.

• Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for annual plans will be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first seven (7) days of purchase and may be subject to a processing fee.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Intellectual Property & Non-Distribution

All content provided within the Silver and Gold tiers—including specific trade alerts, "Alpha Engine" math, and private research—is the exclusive intellectual property of Pioneer Financial, LLC.

• Strict Non-Disclosure: Subscribers are strictly prohibited from re-distributing, re-publishing, or sharing "Member-Only" content on social media, public forums, or with non-subscribers.

• Violation: Unauthorized distribution of our proprietary research will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund and may lead to legal action for damages.

5. Limitation of Liability for Service Interruptions

While we aim for 100% uptime, Pioneer Financial, LLC is not liable for any delays in "Trade Alerts" or newsletter delivery caused by third-party technical failures, internet outages, or geopolitical events (including "Operation Epic Fury" related infrastructure disruptions).

6. User Conduct

We maintain a professional and analytical community. Pioneer Financial, LLC reserves the right to terminate any membership, without refund, if a user engages in harassment, spamming, or defamatory behavior toward other members or staff.
